As an additional means of communication within our community, we have enabled text messaging through our hosted website.
Native Project Update
Our project to install a berm at the rear of Pewter (close to Newport) has been approved and is moving forward. This berm is expected to be close to 45ft wide and will be planted with native trees, shrubs and perennials that will not only provide a beautiful view for those residents but will have a practical purpose as well.
These plantings will have a deep root structure that will slow the water runoff from the golf course. After installation we will be able to judge whether the berm will fulfill its intended purpose and if so, plans for additional berms will be considered in the future. Berm construction and planting is scheduled for this fall.
Rentals
Please be aware that we are almost at capacity for rentals in Evian. Rentals must be to one family and for a minimum of one year.
If you are renting your unit and have not registered your lease, please do so at Shew Management.
Failure to do so could cause your lease to be terminated if we are over the 15% limit established by our governing board.
